The students in business schools designed all the pop-up restaurant from 0 to 100. They created the operative concepts, the visual set ups of MareNostrum Restaurant and worked out the founding of the company. Culinary school students will work under the guidelines of Can Comas Barcelona and Juuri Helsinki, experts and chefs to develop the Mediterranean recipes and serve it to you by meticulously trained European hospitality students.
“When teachers from the four different countries sent their proposal to us, we thought it was one of the most original of the last years. We definitely wanted to see this initiative come true so decided to give it full support.  Now we cannot wait to taste their cuisine. This project sounds delicious”, said CIMO representative at the kick off meeting for this Erasmus+ cooperation.
You will be able to see the stunning MareNostrum restaurant and taste the rich flavors of their menus that evoke the essence of the Mediterranean region in an atmosphere that will make you feel far away from the cold as soon as you step in.  Do not miss the opportunity to visit it and enjoy the kindness and warmth of the Spanish culture on 28th and 29th January at Perho Culinary School both for lunch and dinner time.
